About

Graphic design is messaging through visual communication and this class will focus on learning the design process as well as different software tools.

What you will learn

Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with potential to also learn Adobe InDesign. You will also gain an understanding in basic design process, beginner to intermediate branding design, beginner to intermediate print production and how to work with a brief.

Outcomes

Students will gain the skills to create entry level branding, they will have the confidence in using software tools and new pieces to add to there portfolio. The skills leaned in this class can easily be used in other classes in NGEN.
